Job Summary

  • Employment Type: Per Diem, Travel Or Contract

  • Shifts: Day Shift, Evening, NOC (Nights), Weekends (10hrs x 4 days; 8hrs x 5 days; 12hrs x 3 days)

Job Credentials:

  1. Minimum 1 Year experience as a licensed RN
  2. Active RN License
  3. Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination
  4. CPR/BLS Certification
  5. Proof of Negative TB Test (PPD Test, QuantiFERON-Gold, or Chest X-ray)
  6. Proof of continuing education
  7. Reliable transportation
  8. Clear criminal background check and drug screening

  8. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  9. Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols; medication administration and storage procedures; and controlled substance regulations.
  10. Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
  11. Maintains continuity among nursing teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  12. Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  13. Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  14. Maintains nursing supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level.
  15. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and participating in professional societies.
  16. Maintains a cooperative relationship among health care teams by communicating information and participating in team problem-solving methods.
  17. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
