Actriv Healthcare, a patient-centric organization on a mission to help healthcare facilities meet their patient care goals, is looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) in the Vancouver, WA  area. In this position, you will have access to shifts at a variety of facilities. Our Actriv app will allow you the freedom to choose shifts that fit your schedule, as well as the opportunity for part-time and full-time work.

Pay Range:$20/hr - $30/hr

Shifts Offered: Day Shift, Evenings, NOC (Nights)

Employment Type: Per Diem, Part Time, Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Grooming and bathing patients with low mobility
• Preparing each patient’s room with necessary items such as blankets, pillows, medical equipment, and toiletries
• Helping patients eat and take medications.
• Making sure patients have regular meals and proper medication dosages.
• Monitoring vitals and behavior and reporting them to the nursing and medical staff.
• Transferring patients with low mobility from wheelchair to bed and vice versa
• Turning or adjusting patients in bed to prevent bedsores.

Qualifications:

• Current state license as a CNA
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Pre-Dementia Certification
• Food Handlers Card
• CPR/BLS
• First Aid
• 2TB or Chest X-Ray/Q-Gold/T-spot/QuantiFERON
